Gram-scale synthesis, sintering (hot press, SPS) and preparation of samples for measurements attaching electrical and thermal contacts.
Temperature dependent (2-1500 K) measurements of electrical resistivity, Hall effect, Seebeck coefficient, thermal conductivity and heat capacity along with analysis of obtained data.
Special focus on thermoelectric sulfides, namely tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite.
