My professional interest is microscopy data processing — the application of statistical signal and image processing methods to the analysis of digital microscopy data. In particular, I focus on designing algorithms for molecule detection and tracking, tailored to the unique, label-free, darkfield, Nanofluidic Scattering Microscope (NSM) being developed by my team at the Dioscuri Center for Single-Molecule Optics.
