Preparation, laser annealing and characterization of optical active nanostructures


A substantial part of the project is a detailed characterization of the optical properties of thin films for applications in optoelectronics prepared in cooperation with the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The project addresses the possibilities of using laser annealing to improve the luminescent properties of these layers. Another part of the project is the investigation of deposition conditions for fabrication of thin films of organic semiconductors by pulsed laser deposition for optoelectronics and gas sensors.
