  • Hydrothermally grown ZnO nanostructures (powders (rods, hedge-hog like structures) and oriented to the substrates nanorods, columns, pillars, cones) for various application (mainly for solar cells, but also for gas sensors, in biology for cell adhesion, antimicrobial use etc.)
  • Doped ZnO nanostructures (with Mo or Er) for ultrafast scintillators
  • Lead halide perovskites thin layers and fabrication of completed perovskite solar cells
