My research focuses on advancing Nanofluidic Scattering Microscopy to achieve high-resolution label-free measurements of biomolecular properties in solution. By refining this technique, I aim to push the limits of molecular weight determination resolution, enabling improved characterization of individual biomolecules. Additionally, I apply this approach to the study of microtubules, with the goal of gaining deeper insights into their assembly and disassembly dynamics, structural properties, and interactions with associated proteins.
