Abstract
The aim of this project is the development and testing of new ceramic and single crystal oxide scintillating materials usable in the detection of high energy radiation or neutrons. Recognition and detection of these ionising and particle radiations are exploitable in the field of homeland security or critical situations (nuclear incident, terrorist attack)
