Development of instruments and protocols for the preparation of microelements based on thermoresponsive hydrogels and metal nanoparticles. Preparation of metal nanoparticles using UV-laser interference lithography, selective modification of these structures using molecular ensembles with zwitterionic, silatrane and thiol functional groups, and development of microstructure preparation using UV-triggered polymerization.  Development of functional biochips for plasmon-enhanced optical spectroscopy and optically active tunable elements using plasmonic heating.
