The instrument allows measuring Raman and photoluminescence spectra. Three lasers with wavelengths 325 nm, 442 nm (Kimmon Dual Wavelength HeCd, model IK5651R-G) and 785 nm (Renishaw RL785 diode-pumped solid state) are available.

Standard spectroscope operating under ambient atmosphere. The instrument has two chambers available: 

1. Linkam temperature stage

2. Custom made chamber with an option of four-point conductivity measurements and filling with different gasses.

Schematic view of the photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy setup in the Institute of Physics of the ASCR, v.v.i.: 1a/1b-Renishaw REFLEX micro-spectroscope with inVia confocal Raman microscope 2a/2b, 3-glovebox, 4,5-large and small chamber, 6-Ntegra NT-MDT AFM, 7-motorised mirrors, 8-lasers. The detail shows the beam and signal path through the 1b and 2b. 9 is the plasma filter, 10 bandpass filter, 11 objective, 12 sample, 13 spectrometer and 14 the CCD detector.
