Abstract
Comprehensive research of new deposition technologies for the preparation of modern multilayer optical systems for the UV-VIS-NIR spectral field. Attention will be focused on the original hybrid technologies with highly ionized pulsed plasma, including appropriate methods of deposition plasma diagnostics. Raman spectroscopy and various nanoindentation techniques.
