Abstract
As part of the NÁVRATY FZU project, a grant scheme will be implemented to support the reintegration of researchers returning from a career break. Individually tailored support will foster the development of their professional competencies and facilitate their reintegration into the research environment. The project will also focus on developing systematic institutional support for employees during their career break and on improving working conditions at FZU.
