The Institute of Physics celebrates 70 years of its existence. On 1 January 1954, the direct predecessor of the FZU, the Institute of Physics of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences was founded. Festive meeting on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of FZU (Rudolfinum)
All FZU employees are invited to the event. Reservation of places will be launched in the summer months.

Talks on the history and future of FZU
A series of talks on the development and future outlook of the most important research areas at FZU. The five discipline-specific lectures will be followed by a final lecture summarizing the history and future of FZU by the Director Michael Prouza. The lectures will be held in English at Slovanka.
