Abstract: Titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films prepared by electrodeposition were investigated as photocatalysts for the degradation of methylene blue in a continuous flow system. Photocatalytic experiments under UV irradiation demonstrate the suitability of immobilized TiO2 films for dye degradation under dynamic conditions. This approach shows promise for scalable wastewater treatment applications.
The seminar will be chaired by Hynek Němec, Department of Dielectrics.
