Program
The workshop is designed to include lectures followed by a hands-on session where participants can work on selected examples from the Jana cookbook using their laptops. The workshop runs for two days, with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00. Online participation is not possible.
No prior experience with Jana2006 or Jana2020 is required. However, attending the basic workshop organized on 19-20 November would be beneficial for those without any experience with Jana2020.

- Theoretical introduction to experimental and data-processing methods for electron crystallography
- Demonstration of data collection
- Data processing of 3D ED data - preparation of input for Jana2020
- Kinematical structure refinement from electron diffraction data
- Structure refinement from 3D ED data using dynamical diffraction theory
- Determination of absolute structure
Prerequisities
Preliminary experience with Jana2020 is unnecessary.
Participants should bring a laptop with a minimum Full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels) and the ability to install programs.
